Application Guidelines

Please send your application to us by filling out the form for the position you are interested in. Click on any position title to learn more about the role and requirements. Apply directly on our website. It takes us 2-4 weeks to respond. We will review and contact you if there is a match for an open role. All positions require excellent English communication skills (written and oral) unless otherwise specifically noted.

We recognize that there may be more than one position that an applicant may be suitable for. We will keep this in mind to choose the best fit for you. Please only apply to one position posted and add any information that you think is relevant for us to know, especially if it is not clear in the materials you have presented. We do not currently offer internships.

If you are looking for a short-term gig or to tide yourself over for a year, this is not a good fit. We want dedicated people worthy of being in our team. We invest in you and we expect you to be committed, eager to contribute and to apply yourself.

Note: Given the volume of applications we receive per posting, we can only reply to suitable candidates. If you have applied to Elf and not heard back within 180 days, please feel free to resubmit your application for a new posting.
